Pizza Made with Love.

Our pizza is inspired by the simplicity of traditional Italian cooking—carefully made dough, excellent ingredients, and no shortcuts. We pair that tradition with some of the best Vermont has to offer, including fresh local cheeses, meats, produce, and distinct flavors.

It Starts with the Dough.

We make our dough in-house and cold-ferment it for 48-96 hours To develop deeper flavor and delicious crust.

Dough has always been at the heart of our business. The same care and experience that goes into every pizza we serve has also made our dough a trusted choice for pizzerias throughout New England.

At our Slice Counter, we offer two Distinct Italian Styles

Our Neapolitan pizzas are hand-stretched, topped, and baked in an intensely hot oven for a tender crust with a light char.

Our Roman pizza, or Roman al Taglio, is baked in large steel rectangular pans. Its crisp, airy crust is designed for creative toppings, from classic Italian combinations to distinctly Vermont flavors like maple, apple, bacon, and cheddar.

Local, Independent, and Proudly Vermont.

Slice of Vermont is a locally owned small business. We believe good food should feel welcoming and unpretentious. Whether you stop in for a quick slice, share a whole pizza, or discover a flavor you have never tried before, we want you to leave well-fed and glad you came.

Thank you for supporting local food, local jobs, and an independent Vermont business.
